AnywhereCommerce Announces Availability of AC mSuite Open SDK CorePay

Bundled Mobile Commerce Solution Combines Gateway Services, Patented Point-of-Sale Hardware and Software

CARTES AMERICA, LAS VEGAS, May 13, 2014 – AnywhereCommerce, a global payments technology provider, announced the general availability of its new AnywhereCommerce mSuite & Open SDK CorePay mCommerce platform. Created to provide acquirers, independent sales organizations and financial institutions with a secure, flexible and easy-to-manage mobile commerce solution for merchants, the AnywhereCommerce mSuite is available to AnywhereCommerce’s network of customers. The offering was previewed at ETA’s TRANSACT 14 and was met with overwhelming interest.

“Our AnywhereCommerce mSuite platform represents a significant paradigm shift for the legions of merchant services providers who’ve found current mobile commerce offerings to be too expensive or unwieldy to implement,” said Mitchell Cobrin, founder and chief executive officer of AnywhereCommerce. “This solution was conceptualized and built with both the provider and merchant in mind. The flexible nature of our gateway, reliability of the hardware, and accessibility of the software solutions will result in providers being able to deploy these solutions much faster, and at far less cost. In addition, merchants will appreciate the robust security and adaptability that gives them the comfort and freedom to accept mobile payments either in the store or out in the field.”

The AnywhereCommerce mSuite is comprised of three key components:

• aCommerce Gateway—A PCI-compliant platform that enables secure credit, debit and prepaid processing in multiple geographies across the globe. The aCommerce Gateway supports an interface with AnywhereCommerce’s CorePay Opened SDK, which allows Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and developers to integrate payment functionalities in third-party applications through a simple drag-and-drop module, reducing development time from weeks to a single day.
• AnywhereCommerce patented POS Hardware—Provides PCI and EMVCo certified card acceptance products for all global markets.
• AnywhereCommerce Software Apps—Mobile point-of-sale applications that are compatible with Windows, Android, and iOS platforms, giving merchants the ability to accept multiple payment forms on their smartphones and tablets, as well as a full complement of merchant and POS management and back-office capabilities.
The CorePay module is a drag and drop payments engine geared for ISV’s (independent software vendors) and third party developers.  CorePay is an ideal and speedy plugin offering developers immediate access to a PCI L1 certified gateway for their software offerings.

“AnywhereCommerce’s approach in offering a bundled mobile commerce solution should be viewed as a welcomed development by providers who may be trying to evaluate and integrate disparate solutions in order to satisfy merchant needs,” explained Pradeep Moudgal, director of Mercator Advisory Group’s Emerging Technology Advisory Services. “This is an approach that is designed  to remove complexity and cost, while maintaining a high level of reliability and security for provider and merchant. It should tick all the boxes for a merchant looking to accept mobile payments.”
